Customer Service & Operations Associate
RESA is currently seeking someone that is interested in getting their feet wet in all aspects of a growing a brand. We are looking for a well-rounded and motivated candidate who is VERY organized and a quick learner.
MUST HAVE RETAIL E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
- Customer service - all customer related inquiries regarding orders, emails and processing returns
- Order fulfillment
- Attend occasional meetings and take efficient notes
- Manage inventory, and keep stock and show room organized
- 1-2 years experience in customer service- fashion, retail or business world. A degree or certificate is a great plus, but we’re really
- looking for someone with industry experience of some sort
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills is a must
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding, creative environment
- Must live in LA area and have a reliable vehicle
- Must have good writing and communication skills
- Positive Attitude - Duh!
