Creative Brand Manager
The Creative Brand Manager position is an excellent opportunity for a creative who is passionate and skilled in visual design with a background in ecomm/fashion. This role is creative in nature, and the Creative Brand Manager will play a key role in both editorial and branded content creation. We are looking for a driven, self-starter, who is willing to become an integral part of the RESA team. Collaboration and a positive attitude are key.
- Responsible for conception, design, and execution of the overall digital creative strategy for RESA including but not limited to: photo + video editing, graphics, campaigns, and advertisements
- Ensure that work is fashion-forward, creative and aligns with brand standards and target audiences
- Create and execute weekly social media content (Instagram stories, Instagram reels, InstagramTV, TikTok, YouTube)
- Manage and execute concept creation and mood boards for photoshoots and campaigns
- Knowledge of Video editing as well as Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of current social media trends on Instagram and Tik-Tok
- eCommerce experience is preferred
- Experienced in Graphic Design & Photography in the digital space
- Strong managerial, leadership, and communication skills

RESA is currently seeking someone that is interested in getting their feet wet in all aspects of a growing a brand. We are looking for a well-rounded and motivated candidate who is VERY organized and a quick learner.
MUST HAVE RETAIL E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
- Customer service - all customer related inquiries regarding orders, emails and processing returns
- Order fulfillment
- Attend occasional meetings and take efficient notes
- Manage inventory, and keep stock and show room organized
- 1-2 years experience in customer service- fashion, retail or business world. A degree or certificate is a great plus, but we’re really
- looking for someone with industry experience of some sort
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills is a must
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding, creative environment
- Must live in LA area and have a reliable vehicle
- Must have good writing and communication skills
