Returns and Exchanges

All sales made at regular price on shop-resa.com are valid for a full refund when received within the 14-day period. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. This will be deducted from your refund.
  • All promotional sales that are 30% off or higher are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. They can be exchange if we have the item available in stock.
  • All items in our Sale Collection are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. They can be exchanged if we have the item available in stock.
    • RESA SWIM - EXCHANGE  OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customers will have 14 days to exchange only for unworn swim suits with hygiene liners and tags still on. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
    • If returning 1- 4 items there is a restock fee of $5 deducted from your refund. If returning 5 -10+ items, there is a restock fee of $10 deducted from your refund.

    • RESA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. We offer ORDER PROTECTION as insurance to our customers for all outgoing packages. If you turn this off, this again notifies you that RESA is not responsible. This is entirely up to the customer's discretion. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or opening a claim.
    • Any duties, taxes or fees for international orders are to be paid by the customer.

    CHARGEBACK POLICY:

    Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.
