Return & Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY

 

  • Online purchases made with any promotional discounts 20% or higher on www.shop-resa.com are valid for store credit only
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you decide you would like to try a style in a different size or color, you will need to return your item and wait for a store credit to be emailed to you. Once you receive it via email, you can then can repurchase what you like.
  • All sales made at regular price on www.shop-resa.com are valid for a full refund when initiated within the 14 day period.
  • All sale items not marked as final sale are eligible for store credit only.
  • All FINAL SALE items are not eligible for a refund and cannot be returned. If you purchased the wrong size and would like to swap it, email info@shop-resa.com to first see if your size is available. If this is something we can accommodate, all shipping cost are responsible at the customers expense. 
  • Prepaid return shipping labels are available for returns made in the US ONLY.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • TO PROTECT THE SAFTEY OF OURSELVES AND OUR CUSTOMERS, ALL FACE COVERINGS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • Any duties, taxes or fee's for International orders are to be paid by the customer.
