Return & Shipping Policy
All sales made at regular price on www.shop-resa.com are valid for a full refund when received within the 14-day period. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received with tags attached.
- All promotional sales that are 30% off or higher are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All items in our Sale Collection are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- If returning 1- 4 items there is a restock fee of $5 deducted from your refund. If returning 5 -10+ items, there is a restock fee of $10 deducted from your refund.

- We do not offer exchanges. Upon receiving your refund OR store credit you can then reorder your correct style, color, and size.
- INSTANT CREDIT: Pay with your instant refund. Use the voucher code in the gift card field at checkout. Your purchase will ship right away, even if you haven’t completed your return. We will refund any outstanding voucher balance within receiving your return.
- RESA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. We offer ORDER PROTECTION as insurance to our customers for all outgoing packages. If you turn this off, this again notifies you that RESA is not responsible. This is entirely up to the customer's discretion. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or opening a claim.
- Any duties, taxes or fees for international orders are to be paid by the customer.
- Any purchase's made of duplicates or multiples within the same placed order have a restocking fee of $10.00 per garment. We are available during business hours for help with sizing on our direct line during business hours. We love to help and hear from you!
Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.
