Shipping Policy


  • All orders are fulfilled during business hours only.
  • Any orders placed after 12PM will be fulfilled the following business day.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. 
  • You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.
  • RESA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. We offer ORDER PROTECTION as insurance to our customers for all outgoing packages. If you turn this off, this again notifies you that RESA is not responsible. This is entirely up to the customer's discretion. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or opening a claim.
  • Any duties, taxes or fees for international orders are to be paid by the customer.
