RESA Return & Exchange Policy
Regular-Priced Items
All full-price purchases on shop-resa.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be: In original condition with tags attached. Items free from any deodorant marks, scents, makeup stains or sign of wear.
All returns must be initiated through our returns portal to be valid for a refund and or exchange. All Returns or exchanges must be sent back with the order specific return label, if you order multiple orders they must be returned separately.
Swimwear (RESA SWIM) – Store Credit Only
Swimwear is not eligible for a refund. Returns are valid for store credit only, and must be: Initiated within 14 days
Unworn, with tags and hygiene liners still attached
For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. We will not accept worn, soiled, or stained swimwear for exchange.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be initiated through our [returns portal] to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Items from different orders must be returned separately using the order-specific return label.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fees
1–4 items: $5 restocking fee
5–10+ items: $10 restocking fee
(This amount will be deducted from your total refund.)

Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RESA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages — no exceptions.
We offer Order Protection at checkout as optional insurance. If declined, RESA is not liable for any delivery issues.
For tracking or delivery issues, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Orders
Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are taking a pause from accepting international returns at this time, until things level out with Duties Fees as these are now falling on the brand.
CHARGEBACK POLICY:
Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.
