All orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday during business hours.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update after you receive it.

Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

 

RESA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages — no exceptions.

We offer Shipping Protection at checkout as optional insurance for all outgoing packages.

If you choose to turn off Shipping Protection, you acknowledge that RESA is not liable for any delivery issues.

For any questions regarding tracking or delivery, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


International Orders

All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
