I was really excited about this top, but what I received was nothing like the fit shown on the model. The scrunch detail at the top of the cup has no structure at all and completely collapses, crinkling into itself with the smallest movement. I have size A breasts, so this is not a support issue. The back of the top also doesn’t sit correctly and looks visibly warped.
I reached out to customer service expecting a simple exchange, especially because this is clearly a construction defect, not a personal preference. Instead, I was told nothing could be done because it was purchased during a sale. This is my second issue with the brand and the customer service response was extremely disappointing.
I work in retail buying and know the difference between a fit defect and a preference, and this top absolutely has a defect. I wouldn’t recommend this item and would advise choosing another style or brand entirely.
